How we do?

1) Use of OER

Skills Mitra has sensed the need of the hour and started training teachers on the use of OER (Open Educational Resources) for creating world class online courses. Internet is full of knowledge and resources but not everything is useful or relevant and that selection can only be made by a wise educationist. We empower teachers to choose the content from useful resources and make them expert in tailoring that content as per their learner’s requirement with the use of different technology.

We train them in exploring multiple repositories without infringing anybody’s copyright which is often overlooked and later turn in to a distasteful experience.

2) Effective Online teaching and student engagement through AI & ML

In today’s time when teaching has gone online, it calls for innovative pedagogy to connect with the learners. A teacher must know how to enhance the virtual learning experience by giving a touch of personalized learning.
